
Program Management
Our program management team applies leadership, collaboration, and support services to respond to challenges and achieve program objectives for a broad client base. We deliver program services including, risk assessment and mitigation; program tactics and delivery strategy; information management; progress/performance monitoring and controls; staff augmentation; and project management.

To help mitigate utility coordination challenges, Blue Cypress was brought on to the MMIP team to provide thought leadership, objective analysis, actionable recommendations, and implementation support to improve utility planning and coordination – and ultimately, to reduce program risk. Blue Cypress has provided additional utility related analysis for the MMIP program, including developing an automated process to convert all available Quality Level B SUE CAD data to a geodatabase feature class to aid in utility risk tracking.

Over multiple years, Blue Cypress has increased the County’s capacity to utilize data, understand and meet strategic objectives, and empower staff to employ asset management principles in day-to-day operations. Blue Cypress has brainstormed, designed, and built a new process to optimize the reporting of significant metrics. Using feedback from key stakeholders, Blue Cypress designed an updated data collection protocols and reporting templates; ultimately reproducing an automating reporting option in a PowerBI platform feeding from live data from Cityworks and other sources.
Jefferson County Alabama Consent Decree Compliance Program

Blue Cypress supported TDEC and the EY-led consultant team with the grants administration effort, which included review of hundreds of local government applications and determinations of compliance with the Tennessee Non-Competitive Grants Manual and federal policies. Blue Cypress also assisted with other strategic initiatives to support TDEC’s Water Infrastructure Investment Plan implementation.
