We partner with our clients as a prime consultant, work with teaming partners as a valued subconsultant, and are a registered woman-owned small business in dozens of locations across the country. Caroline Evans, Blue Cypress’s founding principal, started the company in 2013 with a vision of improving the communities in which we work and play. We have offices in Decatur, Georgia; Seattle, Washington; and Cincinnati, Ohio.

Since Blue Cypress began in 2013, we've focused on prioritizing the needs of our clients, bringing forward new ideas, having a growth mindset, enjoying the work we do, collaborating with each other, our teaming partners, and our clients, being flexible, and being strategic and deliberate about opportunities and growth. We believe our employees should be able to bring their full selves to work and learn and grow with the company.

Community Planning. Our planners are passionate about creating more sustainable and resilient communities through our comprehensive and multi-modal planning services.
Utility Management Services. Through our optimization services for water, wastewater, and stormwater operations, we help clients monitor and conserve precious resources.
Community Involvement.
Our Ministry of Culture engages employees in directly improving our environment. Past activities have included volunteering with local organizations to remove invasive species from our wetlands, promoting native plants, and educating ourselves about the impact of water issues and unsustainable community practices.
