​Sarah Beddington, MPH, has over 13 years of experience in community planning, environmental sciences, and public health, specializing in public outreach and data analysis using GIS.

Ansley Belton, AICP, is a Community Planner with 4 years of experience focused on community improvement projects and working with disadvantaged communities. Her diverse background in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Financial Services, and Community Planning enhances her contributions to public engagement, stakeholder involvement, and community relations.

Gabe Branch has over 5 years of experience working with federal and local government clients, specializing in mapping and dashboard creation for public use. His background as an Asset Management Technician at Forsyth County, combined with his skills in Cityworks, data analytics, and scripting, enables him to effectively address the challenges faced by local water utilities.

Heather Collins has 18 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 12 years with consulting, architecture, and engineering firms. As the leader of marketing and business development at Blue Cypress, she focuses on creating effective strategies and processes to support the company’s growth.

Caroline Evans, AICP, founded Blue Cypress Consulting in 2014 with a mission to enhance community development, bringing over eighteen years of experience in community planning, land use analysis, and stakeholder outreach. Caroline started the company in 2013.

John Evans, PE, brings 21 years of experience in utility management, operational optimization, and regulatory compliance, having supported over 50 public utilities across the U.S. He joined Blue Cypress in 2015 to establish the Utility Management Services group after a successful career at a large Architecture/Engineering firm.

Eric Freedman has more than 10 years of experience serving the water and wastewater industry. He is particularly knowledgeable in treatment technologies, collection system design, and distribution system performance tracking. He is also a proficient GIS user, including database management 

and spatial data representation.

Ben is a versatile problem solver with a solid quantitative foundation as a physicist and experience in programming from his research in quantum systems. His dual background in research and education enhances his presentation skills, and he is proficient in various programming languages and software tools, including Python, SQL, and GIS.

Amanda Hatton, AICP, is an experienced community planner and project manager with over 14 years in the field. She leads diverse projects focused on socioeconomic analysis, land use planning, and sustainability, while also managing public involvement initiatives through customized outreach plans and engagement activities.

Jade is a Utility Management Analyst in the Utility Management Service division, certified as a FINStack Technician and experienced in consulting to implement tailored software solutions for energy management.

King is a Utility Management Analyst in the Utility Management Service division, bringing experience from previous internships at Arcadis, Cincinnati MSD, and Moss Solar. His responsibilities included project planning for a wastewater treatment plant expansion, data analysis for water samples, and monitoring data for solar equipment.

Anna is a community planner and urban designer with over 8 years of experience. Anna’s background working in and around the City of Atlanta gives her a solid understanding of the people and community she serves through her work. Anna has experience in urban design, community planning, and transportation planning.

Monica is a graphic designer with over 4 years of experience in branding strategies and content creation. Passionate about visual communication, she helps Blue Cypress effectively present data and projects through custom 

branding and graphics.

Almi Mansaray is an analyst in the Utility Management Service division at Blue Cypress Consulting, specializing in GIS, PowerBI, and Python GDAL/AutoCAD. With prior experience at the South Carolina Bureau of Water and a background in water quality and sustainability research, she leverages her data analytics skills to support UMS clients.

Michael McNitt is a Senior Utility Coordination Consultant focused on supporting utility coordination and risk reduction for Georgia DOT's Major Mobility Improvement Program. With 10 years of experience in construction inspection and supervision, he plays a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks related to schedules and budgets.

Fattaneh Naderi, PE, has more than 8 years of technical experience with a background in chemical engineering, specializing in water and wastewater systems. Fattaneh has been involved in a variety of projects including water treatment evaluation, water and wastewater master planning, and pipe rehabilitation design.

Aiya brings five years of experience in administrative functions, including logistics and process improvement, to Blue Cypress, along with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Word. Personally, she is a dedicated car-free bike commuter and is passionate about fostering healthier, more vibrant communities.​​

Dan Skalsky, PE, is a senior management consultant with over 34 years of experience working with state and local governments and water utilities, focusing on operations, optimization, and asset management. He has a proven track record of delivering complex improvement projects.

Gabby Stringer is a Utility Management Analyst with over a year of experience in project implementation, utility data analysis, and problem-solving within the Utility Management Services division. Gabby is proficient in ArcGIS Pro, Power BI, and Tableau.​​​

Eric Swett has experience in utility and asset management, preventive maintenance, operational optimization, regulatory compliance, work force development and database management. Eric’s inquisitive approach and critical thinking propels him to seek to understand the inner workings of processes and continuously work to improve.

Melissa Ting is the Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cypress Consulting, leveraging experience in architecture and recent MBA to enhance project leadership and process efficiency. Her expertise in collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders enables her to oversee daily operations and support various departments.

Tiffany Stone has been with Blue Cypress Consulting since 2018, bringing over seventeen years of experience in client relations, community event planning, and operational support. Her background in managing small businesses enhances her role in overseeing small business certifications, recruitment efforts, and quality assurance for project deliverables.

Emily’s experience working in the public sector gives her a technical background in long-range planning, zoning, and land use planning. She also has a strong background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Emily has successfully integrated advanced mapping and data analysis tools into planning processes, enhancing decision-making for land use, infrastructure, and public policy projects. ​​

Robyn has over 15 years of professional experience in water resources and environmental engineering, with certifications in project management and expertise in analytical chemistry and environmental health. She specializes in both centralized and decentralized water and sanitation systems for low-resource settings.

Leah is a Utility Management Analyst I in the Utility Management Service division, proficient in PowerBI, ArcGIS Pro, and various programming software. Passionate about earth and ocean sciences, she previously conducted research on coral reef connectivity in the Caribbean Sea using climate analysis and complex modeling.
