Performance and Analytics
Our performance metrics programs enable clients to extract data from a variety of sources and present it in such a way that actionable information can be easily identified. Through a collaborative process, we strive to design custom reports and dashboards for targeted stakeholders, from front line workers to executives, so each user sees the data that is most important to their role first but has access to other information as needed. We support the development of performance management systems and analytical tools such as dashboards, and have experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Esri Insights, Esri Operations Dashboard, and others.
Blue Cypress Consulting is supporting Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) in implementing SPU’s Capacity Management Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) program. As part of this program, Blue Cypress is developing programmatic performance metrics and a dashboarding mechanism to track and report on key performance measurements necessary to manage and track the successful implementation of the program and to identify when course corrections are necessary.

Blue Cypress partnered with CCWA’s distribution and collection system maintenance department to create metrics and goals to track the performance of the maintenance programs and how they fit into the larger organization-wide goals.
Clayton County Water Authority Metrics Identification and Usage Improvement Strategy
Blue Cypress Consulting supported the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (GCDWR) in developing a Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Dashboard. Blue Cypress was tasked with creating several Tableau dashboards to allow users the ability to see more than SSO trends and actively drill into the data to see where events are occurring spatially. The SSO data is now being tabulated and displayed daily automatically instead of having to wait for manual monthly reporting processes to be completed.
