After recently completing a significant succession planning effort, HCWA requested Blue Cypress’s support to consider potential updates and adjustments to the plan. Blue Cypress reviewed the current organizational structure for the Water Reclamation Division and the Customer Support Services Division, reviewed the succession plan, interviewed staff, and identified opportunities to restructure the Divisions. Blue Cypress gathered insights, ideas, and suggestions from staff and delivered updated customized organizational charts tailored to the feedback from the staff.
Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) Succession Planning Support

Blue Cypress Consulting is helping CCWA design and implement revised collection system maintenance work planning and scheduling processes and associated configuration updates to Cityworks to support the expansion of the Planner/Scheduler group. Blue Cypress is documenting as-is and to-be workflows, identifying and prioritizing work activities to transition to a central Planner/Scheduler group and the level of effort for each, designing or revising data collection forms to support decision making, and supporting the implementation of the new processes.

Blue Cypress is part of a team supporting City of Atlanta Department of Aviation to improve the way asset information is organized, tracked, and used throughout the asset lifecycle. Blue Cypress is specifically supporting the design and documentation of the asset data management business processes to ensure that assets are onboarded appropriately, that asset management data is utilized to inform maintenance strategies and life cycle decisions, and that all data meets the defined standards.
