Asset Management
Our asset management professionals have worked with clients across the country representing more than 65,000 miles of linear assets and associated vertical assets. With a focus on collecting and utilizing the right data to inform decisions, we have supported clients with all aspects of asset life cycle management, including, but not limited to, asset onboarding, data management improvements, preventive maintenance schedule optimization, and repair/replacement decision-making systems. By using appropriate data to inform decisions, our goal is to help clients maximize the lifespan and efficiency of their assets while minimizing risk of failure and maintenance costs.

Through a series of interviews with directors, managers, and field staff, Blue Cypress staff performed a comprehensive analysis of the asset management practices of the collections system, including performance management, asset renewal/repairs, asset inspections and condition assessment including force mains and CCTV for gravity mains, maintenance program including sewer cleaning, work flow and data management procedures, the Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) program, as well as human resource management, such as training programs and succession planning.
